From small town Yelm, WA , Zach grew up in his Dad's body shop, learning valuable skills which jump started his career. From there he has built more than 15 years of experience, 10 of those being centered around fabrication. In 2015, Zach ventured out on his own and started Under-Pressure Racing, a full service fabrication and tuning shop. Since 2015, Under-Pressure Racing has become a staple in the automotive industry. Zach's passion for this industry is stronger than ever as he continues to use his artistic approach to building aftermarket performance parts and car.
At the adorable age of only 25 is young gun, Josh Birch. Don't let his age fool you! Josh is a highly qualified fabricator. For the past six years he has been working side by side with Zach, specializing in roll cage and chassis fabrication, sheet metal/bead rolling. With a growing skillset and a sharp eye for detail, Josh has become an irreplaceable asset to the team.
Born with a passion for anything fast and sketchy, Spencer naturally was drawn to the automotive culture. Later, through his passion of downhill skateboarding he gained real interest in the art of drifting, which has many of the similarities. Since working at Under-Pressure, Spencer has turned his focus to the fabrication side of the industry and continues to hone his skills.
Always a creative kid, Sams interest in the automotive culture was sparked during the release of The Fast and Furious(2001) when he was eleven. Realizing the sense of self expression and family atmosphere, he began taking photos and filming the car shows and events he and friends would frequent. Since those times, Sam has grown his skillset to include graphic design. His passion for the industry and the work he does is still as strong as the day he heard " Tuna, No Crust ".
